456_1355 Our services include all aspects of organisation development and learning and development in a large or small organisation. This includes management of the OD and L & D functions, needs assessment, design and development of programmes and evaluating the results. We most commonly get involved when training is being used to develop new skills that are required to support a culture change. We could start with reviewing the OD and / or L & D functions, or with a quality review of the programmes. We could establish a leadership framework, or learning and development framework. We can also develop specific programmes for you. Programmes we have developed in the past include:

How it works

We will meet you initially to identify the objectives you wish to achieve, how you’ll know when they’ve been achieved and its value. We will then provide you with a specific written proposal outlining the project and how to go about the training.
