Developing Leaders

1 Leadership development is for when you have a group or groups of managers or leaders whose skills you want to develop.

How it works

We have an initial meeting with you to identify your objectives, how to know when they’ve been achieved, and the value. We will design a customized programme for you based on your requirements – duration, frequency of group meetings, online support, project work, learning groups and so on. We are experienced at designing programmes based on your organisation’s competencies, including Lominger competencies, but it doesn’t have to be competency-based.
